This is a single Binding Freedom M5 flat head machine screw, used to mount ski bindings to Binding Freedom threaded inserts. Screws are sold individually.

What it's for

Bolting a binding to threaded inserts installed in the ski. Inserts take M5 machine screws instead of the wood screws that come with bindings, so you can remove and remount bindings many times or move one pair of bindings between skis.
