Best for: a bike ridden occasionally that just came out of storage, or a quick pre-ride check before a big trip.

Basic Tune

Everything in Safety Check, plus a deeper mechanical pass:

• Full bike wipe-down
• Hub adjustment
• Bottom bracket adjustment
• Headset adjustment
• Suspension pivot adjustment
• Brake pad and rotor inspection, with wear reported back to the rider
• Derailleur hanger check and straightening
• Wheel truing and spoke tension

OMG-purchased upgrades are installed free with this tier or higher.

Best for: regular riders and commuters who want their bike running smooth and want small issues caught before they become expensive ones.

Pro Tune

Everything in Basic Tune, plus a full drivetrain and cleaning pass:

• Drivetrain removed and eco-degreased (derailleurs, chain, cassette, chainrings)
• Full bike wash
• Tubeless tire reseal

Best for: riders putting real miles in, gravel and MTB riders, and anyone who wants the bike to look and shift like new.

Overhaul

Everything in Pro Tune, plus the deepest service OMG offers on a standard tune:

• New shift cable installed
• 50-hour fork and shock service
• Front and rear brake bleed
• Fork/shock full overhaul offered at a discount when the 50-hour service reveals it's needed

Best for: high-end bikes, bikes ridden hard or year-round, and anyone who wants the closest thing to a brand-new ride without buying one.

Suspension Service (stand-alone or add-on)

• Fork overhaul
