BootDoc Drop In Insoles are ready to use insoles that replace the stock footbed in a boot. They come in low, medium, and high arch versions.

What it's for

The stock footbed in most ski and snowboard boots is flat and thin. A shaped insole supports the arch so the foot does not flatten and lengthen inside the boot. BootDoc builds its insoles around what it calls the 3 Arch concept: the same insole in three arch heights so you can match your foot type.

Sizing and fit

• Low arch: sizes 280 and 290
• Medium arch: sizes 290 and 310
• High arch: sizes 230, 240, and 250
• Size number: mondo length in mm (280 is 28.0 cm)
• How to choose: stand on the insole. The arch should feel supported without a hard pressure point. OMG's boot fitters can check arch height for you

Setup and installation

• Install: pull out the stock footbed and drop this insole in its place. Do not stack it on top of the old one
