Hanger 1027 from derailleurhanger.com is a black anodized 6061 aluminum replacement derailleur hanger that mounts on the outside of the frame. It is thru axle compatible and comes with its two screws.

What it's for

A derailleur hanger is the small replaceable tab that connects the rear derailleur to the frame. It is made to bend or break in a crash so the frame and derailleur are spared. A bent hanger causes poor shifting that no cable adjustment will fix.
