The FOX 803-01-494 seal kit has the seals to rebuild the GRIP2 VVC damper in 2021 and newer FOX 34, 36, 38, and 40 forks.

What it's for

A damper rebuild replaces the seals inside the damper and the damper oil. Do it when damping feels inconsistent, the damper leaks, or the service interval is up.

Compatibility

• Fits: FOX 34, 36, 38, and 40 with GRIP2 VVC damper, 2021 and newer
• Does not fit: GRIP, GRIP X, GRIP X2, or FIT4 dampers

• Suspension service is technical work. OMG's bike shop can do it for you

Care and service

• FOX service interval: every 125 hours of riding or once a year, whichever comes first
• Service sooner for bike park, downhill, electric bikes, or wet, muddy, or dusty riding
