What it's for

Use this kit when rebuilding the FIT4 damper cartridge in a FOX 36 or 40 fork.

Compatibility

• Fits: FOX 36 and 40mm forks with a FIT4 damper.
• Does not fit: GRIP, GRIP2 or Grip X2 dampers, which use their own kits.
• How to check yours: the damper type is printed on the fork's topcap. FOX's service site, tech.ridefox.com, lists the part number for each model year.

Setup and installation

• FOX states its products should be serviced by a trained bicycle technician. OMG's service department rebuilds FOX dampers.
