The K-EDGE Gravity Cap is a headset top cap with a built in computer mount. This version takes Garmin quarter turn computers and is black.

What it's for

The Gravity Cap swaps out your stem top cap and puts the computer directly over the steerer. K-EDGE says it suits bike positions where your knee will not contact the computer, since the unit sits further back than it would on an out front mount.

Compatibility

• Computers: Garmin quarter turn mount (this version). K-EDGE also makes a Wahoo version, which is a different part.
• How to check yours: Look at where your knees pass when you stand and climb. If they come close to the top of the stem, choose a mount that sits in front of the bar instead.

Setup and installation

• Install: The top cap sets headset bearing preload. Loosen the stem pinch bolts, swap the cap, set preload, then retighten the stem bolts to the stem maker's torque. OMG's bike shop can do this for you.
