The Karakoram UltraClip 2.0 is a splitboard clip that clamps the two board halves together in two directions. This listing is the version with coarse thread M5 x 0.8 top mount hardware, which Karakoram supplies as standard.

What it's for

Board clips sit along the seam between your bindings and hold the halves of a splitboard together in ride mode. Karakoram's Active Joining clips preload the halves against each other so the board bends and twists like a solid snowboard.

How it works

2D clamping: The clip clamps both perpendicular and parallel to the seam.

Set screw adjustment: A set screw lets you add or remove tension in the clip, which is useful as a board wears in.
