Developed in partnership with the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, and other agencies, this map highlights popular recreation areas within and surrounding the White River National Forest and Arapaho National Forest, including the Eagles Nest Wilderness and Ptarmigan Peak Wilderness, Radium State Wildlife Area, the Blue River, Williams Fork Mountains, Gore Range, Elliott Ridge, Green Mountain Reservoir, and Cataract Lakes.
Outdoor enthusiasts can follow mapped trails to pinpointed trailheads, with routes labeled for hiking or motorized use, many with mileage markers. The map base includes contour lines, elevation data, labeled peaks and summits, waterways, selected waypoints, forested areas, and the Forest Service numbered road network.
