Trailheads connect to precisely mapped trails, with mileage indicators and color-coded designations for hiking, cross-country skiing, biking, snowmobiling, or other motorized travel. Both the Continental Divide Trail and Colorado Trail are highlighted for long-distance exploration.
The map base features contour lines with elevations, labeled passes, peaks, and summits, along with detailed water features such as reservoirs, lakes, and streams. Boundaries between public and private lands are clearly marked. Key recreation features include campgrounds, fishing areas (including gold-medal streams), boat launches, canoe areas, and 10th Mountain Division huts.
