National Geographic’s Trails Illustrated Kremmling & Granby Map provides detailed guidance for exploring this popular recreational region of Colorado. Developed in partnership with local land management agencies, the map highlights key areas including Arapaho National Recreation Area, Wolford Mountain Reservoir, Hinman Reservoir, Willow Creek Reservoir, Williams Fork Reservoir, Cottonwood Pass, Gunsight Pass, the Hot Sulphur Springs State Wildlife Area, Junction Butte State Wildlife Area, Kemp-Breeze State Wildlife Area, and portions of the Colorado River and Blue River, as well as the towns of Kremmling, Granby, Parshall, and Hot Sulphur Springs. Special coverage is included for the Wolford Mountain Area, which offers an extensive system of routes for hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking, motorcycle, ATV, and 4x4 travel.
The map guides visitors along miles of clearly defined trails, including portions of the Colorado Trail and Continental Divide Trail. Hard surface and mountain bike trails are differentiated, and the Colorado River Headwaters Scenic Byway is noted for scenic driving.
