A front light for riding in the dark and for being seen in daylight. NiteRider describes it as a light for both visibility and navigation, with custom reflectors and optics. The small size and 130 g weight also make it suitable for helmet mounting, according to NiteRider.
Modes: The light has 5 modes. Three steady levels let you trade brightness for run time, Flash is for being seen, and Walk is a very low level that stretches the battery to 60 hours.
Intellicharge: NiteRider's Intellicharge feature cuts the charge time in half when the light is plugged into a higher output USB source. NiteRider lists charge times of 2 hours 30 minutes and 4 hours 30 minutes.
Low battery indicator: The light warns you when the battery is getting low so you can drop to a lower mode.
Travel lock out mode: Locks the light so it cannot turn on in a bag. NiteRider says to hold the power button for 8 to 10 seconds to unlock it.
