The Ortovox Bivy Pro is a windproof emergency bivy bag for 1 to 2 people. It weighs 680 g and packs into an attached roll top stuff sack.

What it's for

Carry it for a planned bivouac or for the night you did not plan: a weather change, an injury, a long wait for rescue. Ortovox designed it for search and rescue use, so it also works as a way to transport an injured person, as a sun awning, or as a tent style shelter.

How it works

Shell: 50D polyester ripstop with a PU coating that repels water and dirt and blocks wind

Silver inside: a silver coating lines the interior

Loops: numerous loops let you rig it for carrying a patient or pitching it as a shelter

Signal color: bright orange so you are easier to see

Stuff sack: fixed to the bag, compressible, with a roll top closure
