The RideWrap Covered kit is a set of matte protective film pieces for the high wear areas of a mountain bike frame. It is a universal fit kit that covers about 65% of the frame.

What it's for

Frame protection film takes the damage that would otherwise mark your paint or carbon. RideWrap lists scratches, rock chips, small dents, and swirl marks from trail debris, rocks, cable rub, heel and ankle rub, and chain slap.

How it works

Film: RideWrap's Lotus Pro film is a self healing polyurethane.

Universal fit: The pieces are shaped for a frame style, not a specific model, so some trimming may be needed to suit your bike.

Finish: This kit is the matte (satin) finish, meant for matte frames. A gloss version exists for gloss paint.

Compatibility

• Fits: Dual suspension mountain bike frames. RideWrap makes a separate Covered kit for E-MTB frames.
• How to check yours: Match the film finish to your frame's finish. Matte film on gloss paint will change how the paint looks.

Setup and installation

• Install: The film goes on wet using the included install solution and squeegee, on a clean frame. OMG's bike shop can install frame protection.
