The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8100-IR is a 12 speed right hand RAPIDFIRE PLUS shifter that mounts to I-SPEC EV brake levers.

What it's for

The rear shifter for a Shimano 12 speed drivetrain when you want the shifter mounted on your Shimano brake lever clamp.

How it works

RAPIDFIRE PLUS: downshift up to three gears with one push of the main lever.

2-WAY RELEASE: release shifts by pulling the lever with your index finger or pushing it with your thumb.
