The Smith Forefront 3 Mips is a mountain bike helmet with complete KOROYD coverage, Mips Air Node, an internal roll cage, and a BOA dial fit. This one is Matte Black in size Small.

What it's for

How it works

Complete KOROYD coverage: Welded tubes line the whole helmet. They crush to absorb impact energy and stay open to airflow, so the protective layer also ventilates.

Mips Air Node: The Mips system is built into the helmet padding. It lets the head move slightly relative to the helmet to reduce rotational forces in angled impacts.

Internal roll cage: An injected cage inside the helmet spreads impact forces across the structure.

BOA 360 Fit System: A dial tightens a band that wraps the whole head, in small steps, so you can adjust fit while riding.

AirEvac ventilation: Channels move air past your sunglasses or goggles to keep them from fogging.
