The Spark R&D Toe Strap Adjuster is a single replacement adjuster, the slotted piece that sets toe strap length, for Spark splitboard bindings.

What it's for

This is a single replacement toe adjuster for the toe strap on a Spark R&D splitboard binding. Use it when the original is worn, cracked or lost. Spark suggests carrying a Backcountry Kit of spare parts on tours so a broken part does not end the day.

Features

• Material: Made in house by Spark R&D in Bozeman, Montana from a thermoplastic that keeps its flex across a wide temperature range, from spring tours to below zero days

Compatibility

• Fits: All Spark R&D Blaze, Burner, Tesla and T1 bindings, and Burton Hitchhiker bindings
• How to check yours: Match your binding family and model year to the list above. Spark Pro straps and other brands are not listed by Spark for this part.

Setup and installation

• Removing the old part: Spark says to clamp the part in a vise about 0.5 in (1.25 cm) from the baseplate, then tap the bottom of the baseplate near it with a rubber mallet to push it through.
