The SRAM MRX Comp is a 7 speed twist shifter. The rear shifter uses 2:1 actuation, so it works with Shimano rear derailleurs.

What it's for

A replacement shifter for recreational mountain, hybrid, and kids' bikes with Shimano compatible derailleurs.

Compatibility

• Rear derailleur: Shimano (2:1 actuation)
• Front derailleur: SRAM and Shimano
• Does not fit: SRAM 1:1 rear derailleurs. Use 3.0 Comp for those

Setup and installation

• Clamp bolt: 2.5 mm hex, 1.7 N·m (15 in-lb)
• Position the shifter so the barrel adjuster sits below the brake lever, out of its way
• Do not use lubricants or solvents to install the stationary grips. Never ride without them
