The Stan's Tubeless Sealant Injector is a 150 ml syringe that pushes sealant into a tubeless tire through the valve. A press on adapter fits both Presta and Schrader valve stems.

What it's for

Adding or topping up sealant without unseating the tire. Because the tire stays on the rim, you do not have to reseat the bead afterward. The 150 ml capacity is enough to fill a high volume mountain bike tire in one go.

How it works

Press on adapter: The tip pushes onto the valve stem instead of threading on, and is designed to come off without dripping. It fits Presta and Schrader stems.

Top fill: You pour sealant into the top of the injector. A cross slit valve and an air relief channel let the sealant in while keeping it from leaking back out.

Hang plug: A plug closes the injector and lets you hang it on a workbench or toolbox.

Compatibility

• Fits: Presta and Schrader tubeless valves
• Sealant: Stan's Original and Stan's Rolled Gold sealant
• Does not fit: Stan's Race Day sealant. Stan's states the injector is not compatible with that formula.

Setup and installation

• Valve core: Remove the valve core so sealant can pass through the valve
• Sealant: Shake the sealant bottle well, then fill the injector from the top
• Amount: Use Stan's sealant chart for your tire size, for example 110 ml for a 29 x 2.4 in tire with Stan's Original
